DMCA Copyright Policy

Important Notice: PrimeMovies does not host, upload, or store any video files, media content, or torrents on its servers. All streams, media files, and content found on this site are hosted on and served entirely by independent external third-party websites[cite: 2].

Zero Local Media Hosting

Our infrastructure does not store, upload, cache, copy, or retain any movie, television, or audio files. PrimeMovies operates purely as a metadata directory and digital indexing system linking exclusively to external video hosts[cite: 2].

Expedited Index Removal

Valid infringement notices will result in the immediate isolation and removal of the specified reference links from our local directory index map within 48 hours[cite: 2].

1. Notice Requirements

To request the removal of an index pointer from our directory, your written notification must explicitly supply the following details:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Specific URLs or direct links on PrimeMovies pointing to the index entry in question[cite: 2].
Your complete contact information, including corporate physical location, telephone number, and active email address.
A statement affirming a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law[cite: 2].
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate.

2. Processing Metrics

Incomplete tickets missing exact target links or holder verification cannot be acted upon. Because files are hosted externally, removing a reference link from PrimeMovies only removes it from our index and does not affect the source file[cite: 2].

3. Root Host Isolation & External File Disclaimer

Third-Party Storage Clarification

Because all media files are stored on external third-party web servers completely outside of our control, deleting a link from PrimeMovies removes it solely from our search index directory. The original file remains hosted on the independent external platform[cite: 2]. For complete web-wide removal, you must contact the web host or video streaming platform physically storing the underlying file[cite: 2].
