Superficially this show is about 911 calls and emergencies. In reality this is a high-powered soap opera with some seriously intense moments about life, relationships, racism, abuse, drug abuse and much more. It's surprisingly well done. Two thumbs up and Five Stars - but, you gotta be willing to go with the tear jerker moments in-between the action.

For all the extremes, it's pretty stupid and humdrum. Had to fast forward past some of the dumb melodrama.

Shows about people doing their jobs are just lazy writing. Who needs actual characters and plots when a car crash can do all the work for us? Seriously who would ever watch more than two episodes of this before realizing its the same thing every week? Throw this one on the trash heap, cuz when it's over no one will ever remember what it was.
